Salary management is an important part and subject of human resources management,and also one of the six modules of human resources research.It plays an important role in improving the enthusiasm of employees and the competitiveness of enterprises.LD Company,as a traditional manufacturing enterprise in a stable development period,strives to rank among the "domestic first-class electrical manufacturing brand".In order to ensure the realization of this enterprise vision,it is necessary to constantly improve the enterprise's salary management,strengthen the enterprise's personnel training,stabilize the staff,pay special attention to the cultivation and retention of production personnel,R&D personnel and marketing personnel,so as to provide a solid guarantee for the enterprise's growth.Starting from summarizing the impacts of equity theory on salary management and its application in salary management diagnosis,this paper collects relevant information of LD company,investigates and analyses the current situation of operation,personnel composition and salary management of LD company through salary survey of LD company,and combines the results of questionnaire statistics and interviews with enterprises,uses salary diagnostic workers.Finally,according to the actual situation of the compensation management of LD Company,we redesign the compensation system of LD Company and build a fair,reasonable and competitive compensation system.This paper holds that in order to construct the salary system of LD company which is"fair to the interior,attractive to the outside and competitive,reflecting personal equity",we should first determine the competitive salary level through the investigation of external salary level,carry out job analysis and job evaluation to reflect the post value and realize the goal of salary fixing by post,and implement comprehensive performance appraisal to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of all employees.Only in this way can we comprehensively evaluate the contributions made by employees,help enterprises attract and retain the necessary talents,and enhance the human capital of enterprises.
