| The loess plateau is lack of land resource because of the complicated terrain. Influenced by natural conditions and the social development, land use in this area is in a way of extensive and low efficiency. In Recent years, the way of land use in this region comes up with new problems like the increase number of hollow villages and homestead abandonment. It is important for us to improve the efficiency of land use, solve these new problems and increasing the supply of land by the way of land consolidation, especially in Loess Plateau area that is in a shortage of land resources. In order to make the land consolidation project gets on well, the consolidation potential evaluation of rural construction land is indispensable.In view of this, this paper takes evaluation of rural construction land consolidation potential as the main content. Evaluating the potential of rural construction land consolidation in two aspects, which are the amount of potential and the characters of potential distribution combined with knowledge of land economics and systems engineering, using GIS technology and mathematical statistics method as well. First, building a geodatabase due to the collected information and data of the research section, accomplishing the evaluation of erotic potential of the research area depending on the database by using evaluation model of the standard per capita construction land.The evaluation result shows that the erotic Potential value of research area is large, potential spatial distribution is different.Then,building modify index system based on the real condition of the area to modify the erotic potential by using comprehensive evaluation model, calculating the real potential. The evaluation result shows that real condition of each unit has a great and different influence on the realization of consolidation potential. It is necessary to consider the practical factors of the unit when evaluating the consolidation potential. Also, better economic and social development is conducive to realize consolidation potential. Grading the potential level after evaluating the real potential of the construction land by using the method of jenks, by taking comprehensive potential coefficient as the grading standard.According to the results of consolidation potential evaluation, studying on potential zoning based on the overlay analysis under GIS by building zoning comprehensive index system. At the end of the paper, making suggestions for the rural construction land consolidation of the study area by analyzing the evaluation result.As a whole, GIS technology is suitable for evaluate the potential of rural construction land consolidation. |
