Inbound tourism economy as an important part of the tourism economy, regional economic development has an important impact. China’s eastern coastal city group inbound tourism economy is more developed, its inbound tourism for the economic development of the country’s development of inbound tourism plays a vital role. Spatial and temporal differences in inbound tourism economy will be affected by many factors, is the result of time and space combined effects of two factors. Development of inbound tourism economy can react city overall tourism economy to some extent. For the study of spatial and temporal differences in inbound tourism economy can improve the spatial pattern of inbound tourism development in evolutionary theory. Through the analysis of inbound tourism in coastal urban agglomeration Situation of temporal evolution, can inbound tourism economy balanced and sustainable development provide a solution for coastal urban agglomerations, for the entire country’s development of inbound tourism draw.On the basis of regional economic theory, combined with the use GeoDa and ArcGIS spatial analysis and other tools to analyze the evolution by the timing and spatial patterns of coastal urban agglomeration evolution of inbound tourism foreign exchange earnings, and further the use of geographic weighting model (GWR) on the impact of coastal urban agglomerations inbound tourism foreign exchange earnings of the factors analyzed in detail, and draws its influence coefficient for coastal urban agglomeration inbound tourism development status and influencing factors of foreign exchange earnings, inbound tourism in coastal urban agglomeration balanced and sustainable development put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The main conclusions are as follows:First:Through the entire coastal city group and the Bohai Rim, the Yangtze River Delta city group, estimates the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the Pan-Pearl River Delta city group derived sequence evolution of the coastal city group inbound tourism foreign exchange earnings. Overall, the absolute difference in the coastal city group inbound tourism foreign exchange earnings continues to expand, but the relative difference is shrinking, and the Bohai Rim relative differences with respect to the Pan-Pearl River Delta city group, the Yangtze River Delta city group, its relative differences small. Absolute difference of expanding explain its inbound tourism economic development in the stage of rapid development, the difference in the city’s core area and the edge of regional economic development in expanding the core area due to have a good geographic conditions, economic development, advanced technology, good tourism resource endowment, so the relatively fast pace of development, the edge region due to its lack of conditions, making its growth rate is relatively low.Second:exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) analysis of the spatial pattern of the evolution of the coastal city group, drawn coastal city group inbound tourism foreign exchange earnings spatial evolution status quo. Inbound tourism foreign exchange earnings Moran’I index value of the three coastal city group were tested constantly tends to increase, indicating that spatial agglomeration effects continue to strengthen, scatter distribution of the number of giant first and third quadrant, indicating in space obvious evolution of tourism foreign exchange earnings positive correlation between immigration. Description inbound tourism economic development and spatial location has a certain relationship. By LISA cluster map derived from the analysis of Bohai Rim, the Yangtze River Delta city group, the Pan-Pearl River Delta city group, the high concentration of the region continues to expand, low concentration and high level gathering area is shrinking, indicating that inbound tourism foreign exchange polarization income decreased.Third:the use of Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) of coastal urban agglomeration factors tourism foreign exchange earnings of immigrants conducted regression analysis, the specific impact of the size and influence factor influencing factors. Overall tourism resource endowment factors influencing factors occupy the entire coastal city group inbound tourism foreign exchange earnings in the first place, the individual city tourism traffic conditions influence in the first place; tourism traffic conditions in second place, economic development and regional tourism infrastructure levels on coastal urban agglomeration of inbound tourism foreign exchange earnings is relatively weak, and both influence almost neck and neck, for specific cities, there is a gap.Fourth:According to the analysis of the coastal city of inbound tourism foreign exchange earnings and the timing of the evolution of the spatial pattern of evolution of the current situation, combined with the entry of tourism foreign exchange earnings factors analysis of inbound tourism in coastal urban agglomeration balanced development of appropriate countermeasures proposed Sustainable Development: Strengthening regional tourism cooperation, optimize the tourism spatial structure; the rational development of tourism resources, improve its visibility; improve the tourism infrastructure, the development of tourism products; improve transportation network, improving regional accessibility.
