This article through to the bank of China branch in Liaoning province existing operation control management system, according to a study based on centralized operational risk control scheme can effectively combine the bank authorized by the operating common driven by trade and increasingly information advantage, improve the working efficiency and strengthen risk control of dual role. Centralized authority risk control scheme is a can satisfy the control operation standardization, at the same time during the front desk, optimization of process, to reduce the cost and risk prevention and control of the target, is suitable for the development of the bank of China at present stage one of optimization.Secondly, the article overviews the current status of risk controlling system in Bank of China, Liaoning Branch, and then describes the principle and method of risk controlling system. The article lists the several problems according to the author’s practical work such as the waste of human resources, the complexity of business processing, the inconsistent vocational level, and the lack of business supervision. With the purpose to solve the risk controlling problems, the article proposes solutions and designing for those targeting objectives. Meanwhile, enhancing the ability of staffs, adapting requirements with the development of business, establishing the long-term management mechanism of risk controlling and strengthening the ability of emergency processing are strongly needed in the risk prevention and controlling of business operation in Bank of China.Finally, in this paper, the feasibility of centralized authorization, the scale of business, the support of technique, personnel allocation and information resources are deeply analyzed and discussed. The article achieves a estimation of costs. According to the result, the article makes a conclusion that the implementation of centralized authorization is the best solution for the risk controlling and prevention in the business operation in Bank of China, Liaoning Branch.
