Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Rural Informatization In Beizangcun

In the trend of informatization, rural informatization is the only way for modern rural development. It isvery important for the development of the rural economy, increasing farmer income,accelerating agricultural modernization and promoting the rural urbanization. The rural informatizationlevel of Beijing is among the best in China. It entered the developmental stage of strengthening theconstruction of infrastructure and gradually enriching the content of public information service. Theinformation management began to play a supporting role. Under the leadership and the guidance of thegovernment and the relevant departments，it actively carried out the construction of informatization inBeizangcun, built the infrastructure, the information platform and the service system. In recent years,although it has made some achievements, but there are some problems in the process of construction. Itmakes the effect of information service is not fully play, the farmers cannot get more advantage of ruralinformatization. Rural informatization is an important means of constructing the new socialistcountryside of Beizangcun. It is very important to develop Peri-urban modernistic agriculture. As theurban fringe, the development of agricultural modernization and new industries need the support ofinformation in Bzangcun. Through the fieldwork of Beizangcun and communicating with the relevantdepartments to collect a lot of information and data, this paper first analyses the current situation of thedevelopment of rural informatization for the town. It studies the evaluation index system of thedevelopment of rural informatization to establish a evaluation model of rural informatizationl. Byfinding the problems existed in the informatization construction, it puts forward the developmentalstrategies about the government leading and increasing informatization input. In the paper, it sums upthe experience in rural informatization construction. It provides practical reference for developing theinformatization to be faster and better. It provides reliable evidence for the plan and strategy of theinformation development. It also provides the reference to solve the "last kilometer" problem of ruralinformatization in Daxing District.
