Nowadays, with the changes of customers’requirement and external competitive environment, insurance enterprises faced with domestic and international market pressures. Under the condition of limited resources, how to incentive core talents work motivation, arouse the enthusiasm, independent and creative, has become insurance enterprises’most important problems that needed to resolve. Effective incentive mechanism establishment and successful operation is the effective means that resolves the insurance company growth and development problem. One of the key issues to be solved is that core talents’development, training and effective utilization. Therefore, to study the incentive of the insurance enterprises’core talents is necessary.Firstly, This paper briefly introduced the relative incentive theories from domestic and foreign, carried on the contrast analysis to the viewpoints of them, and pointed out enlightenment which comes from the incentive theories to establishing effective incentive mechanism for insurance enterprises; Secondly, the paper carried on the understanding and definitions to the concept of insurance enterprises’core talents, and analyzed the specialties of them, thus confirmed the structure of the core talents in AVIVA-COFCO company; Then the paper analyzed the management actuality of the core talents resources and the inside&outside environment that insurance industry facing, summarized and analyzed the actual problems on the prompting to core talents and the reason why these problems exist. On the base of this, comprehensively utilized each kind of incentive theory, the paper constructed the core talents incentive mechanism of AVIVA-COFCO company from five aspects:The salary drives, the elasticity welfare incentive, the career drives, the emotion encouragement drives and the ambient excitation drives, simultaneously, in order to guarantee the function of incentive mechanism to the core talents can be fully displayed, the paper put forward the relative safeguard measures for this incentive mechanism.Based on the current development of insurance firms’ human resources management, combined with the actual circumstance of the insurance enterprise, a comprehensive analysis of the insurance enterprise’core talents incentive mechanism in the process of developing the existing problems and the causes in insurance company, pointed out the importance and necessity of developing core talents incentive mechanism in insurance enterprises, clarify development should follow the principle, put forward to solve the problem of concrete measures. This paper wants to provide some beneficial enlightenment to improve the incentive system of insurance company in china.
