External environment turbulence, the vagaries of market competition, how to improve the ability to create, how to enhance their competitive advantage, how to improve innovation performance, become real problems faced by many enterprises. Although companies now have such awareness, many companies still "limitations and" fall "beyond the reach" of the state which, worse, has been eliminated from the competition wave. Thus, in a dynamic environment, effective and innovative companies wishing to obtain sustainable competitive advantage, we must have knowledge of the exploration and use of outer learn learning on existing technologies, paradigms. For this reason, Western scholars have put forward a "Ambidextrous learning"(Ambidextrous Learning, referred to as AL) concepts, including exploratory study (Exploratory learning) and the use of learning (Exploitative learning) two learning methods. Modern enterprises tend to work more comprehensive collaboration, individual sub-working has been unable to meet the business needs, teamwork has been put on the agenda and increasingly favored by enterprises,the team has become the most important resource for the organization behind the indiviambidextrous. As a result, how to maximize coordination and application of knowledge heterogeneity team members to improve team performance has become a major challenge faced by the team management process: Team as the main power of knowledge creation and technological innovation, the creative play a direct impact on the development of core competence, so how to enhance the team’s creativity is the key to winning. Therefore, This paper will become a major issue to be addressed which exploring the relationship among the ambidextrous learning, creativity and performance.On the basis of the definition and connotation variable literature review on the relationship between the variables of the sort, summarize, and then put forward hypotheses and a theoretical model:that influence team creativity as an intermediary variable ambidextrous learning and team performance the theoretical model. Ultimately, this study used a questionnaire survey carried out data collection, with SPSS20.0, AMOS21.0statistical analysis tools for data analysis, thereby testing hypotheses and validate the proposed theoretical model. The main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1) There is a significant positive correlation between team-level ambidextrous learning and team performance. Among them, the exploratory learning has a positive impact on performance; advantage of learning has a positive impact on performance. In other words, no matter what kind of learning style ambidextrous learning, are able to produce a significant positive impact on team performance. Accordingly we can see that the two can be seen as a way of learning to improve team performance elements. In discussing the balanced approach to learning, or whether the two combined can have an impact on team performance, regression analysis showed that explore balance between learning and the use of learning can have a negative impact on performance and on the performance of the joint between the two effect is not significant.(2) The higher the degree of team-level ambidextrous learning, the more you can promote the upgrading of team creativity. This means that the formation of the team in terms of creativity, team-level exploratory learning and the use of learning plays a positive role in promoting. And because individual team members have different characteristics, different levels of learning and exploring the use of individual learning, and to digest knowledge, there are also differences in use, when the study of the formation of the entire team’s creativity, the affected individual, making ambidextrous balance and status of the joint study team presented a business trip the opposite sex. The relationship between learning and performance balance and above coincide to form creative team will produce negative effects, but the combined effect of both creativity is not significant.(3)Team creativity on team performance played a key role. Forming a team creativity is not only suitable for the team proposed a new product, idea or program is indispensable at work, and will ultimately affect their overall performance.(4) Team creativity has intermediary role between ambidextrous learning and team performance. In the existing literature, the reason will appear on the relationship between ambidextrous learning and team performance have conflicting or inconsistent findings, mainly in the present study from multiple perspective, made around the relationship between the two other regulating or mediating variables, making the research diversified. This study started from the team level, the proposed team creativity mediating variables, specifically to study the intermediary role of creativity in team learning and team performance relationships played. The results of this study show that team creativity between ambidextrous learning and team performance played a role in part of the agency, which also prompted managers to improve team performance in the process also need to consider the role of team creativity.
