Research On The Interactive Relationship Of Producer Services And Manufacturing Industry From The Perspective Of Subsectors

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the change of the global industrial structure, accurately understanding the interactive relationship between Manufacturing and Producer Services, and enhancing the transformation and upgrading of Manufacturing and comprehensive national strength have become many scholars’ subject. This paper focuses on the analysis of the interaction law between Producer Services and Manufacturing, using the time series data of Input and Output. After finding the evidence that the two industries depend on each other and have mutual investment and demand, a panel data model is built to analyze the interaction mechanism between the two industries.The paper includes four parts. The first part is to introduce the background of the topic and its researching significance. This part defines the relevant concepts of category, and summaries the previous research conclusions on the development relationship of Manufacturing and Producer Services from three aspects:theory, researching method and researching perspective.Then we briefly describes the structure of the article and possible innovation points, and introduces the researching direction.The second chapter describes the developmental history and the present condition of Producer Services and Manufacturing from three aspects:total condition, subsectors and comparison with international level. The aim is to find the problems in developing and the way to go in the future.The third part makes the Input and Output analysis using Input and Output time series data. Finally, the article gets the conclusion that Producer Services and Manufacturing depend on each other and different industries have different mutual investment and demand.On the basis of above researches, the fourth part summarizes the interaction mechanism between Producer Services and Manufacturing, then sets up the empirical model between the 6 typical Producer Services and three different element-intensive types of Manufacturing, mainly to analyze the relationship and interaction mechanism between Producer Services and Manufacturing. In the last part, this article puts forward theoretical basis for national economic development direction and practical support to speed up the development of Chinese modern Producer Services.
