P2P online lending was born in British. Zopa which was founded in London in 2005 is the first P2 P lending platform all around the world. The emergence of Zopa has injected micro-finance of British.In addition,it has promoted the vigorous development of the network lending industry.The success also has effect on the rest of countries,so does China.P2 P lending industry started relatively late in our country.The personal social credit system is imperfect in our country,and the transparency of network lending is not high.So the operation mode of the early introduction of P2 P lending did not get a good development in our country.Since then many platform conducted a series of innovation for the local network financing models,such as that the principal safeguard and the creditor’s rights transfer system is put forward to integrate into the platform operation.Our network lending platforms have emerged at a rapid rate.The number of lending platform has increased to more than four hundred from dozens in 2012. More and more people begin to join in the new type of financial service pattern.At the same time,P2 P online lending companies appear a lot of run phenomenon because of The continued expansion of trading,the increasing widespread of scope and the lack of relevant laws and regulations.In the face of the huge market demanding,P2 Pcompany should do what to get the long-term development.How to ensure the healthy development of the new financial mode.Who should formulate the regulatory rules.All the questions are quickly needed to resolve.This paper tries to explain the difference of models from home and abroad and points out the problems in the process of operation,and puts forward to the relevant solutions aiming at these problems.This article is divided into six parts.The first chapter introduces the the research background and the research status at home and abroad, pointing out that our P2 P lending grows at the rapid rate under the stimulus of foreign platforms’ development as well as the single financing channel and sick traditional investment market.The second chapter introduces the related theories of P2 P lending, including information asymmetry theory, social capital theory and transaction cost theory which have effect on borrowing.The rest is the risk management theory which has guiding significance on handling risk in the process of borrowing.The third chapter introduces several typical operation modes at home and abroad.Three influential platforms are selected such as Zopa,Prosper and Kiva at abroad.It’s analyzed about their different operation processes, profit models and risk control measures. Domestically, the management mode of the existing platform is divided into pure online mediation model, as well as the online combining and creditor’s rights transfer.On behalf of the platforms are pai pai dai,you li wang and yi xin.Their operation modes are also introduced in detail.On the basis of former three chapters,the fourth chapter analyses several P2 P network platform through a series of transaction data, including company profile, loan interest rate, loan period, costs, borrowing volume, lending personnel quantity and average yield.The fifth chapter summaries the factors which limit the development of the platforms. The imperfect credit system and market environment,unreasonable structure of platform organize personnel and imperfect risk management system all have effect on the development of platforms.And the lack of regulatory rules is the main source of risk.The sixth chapter put forward that we should strengthen the financial control of P2 P lending platform from different aspects in view of the current problems of P2 P network credit platform.And the management system should be constructed to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of P2 P lending industry in our country.
