How to make the team high efficiency to achieve the established objectives, can make the team member with the market environment changes and the development of enterprises and constantly adapt, these are commercial bank is very concerned about the problem.Many enterprises have not really pay attention to the importance of team building, simple collocation, has the very strong randomness, even if some enterprises have realized the importance of team building, but more from the experience, the enterprise staffs business skills perspective to judge team, but not deeply intrinsic value to research team members view, on the collective identity, character matching and the matching degree of the team needs.The diversity of products the full impact of the wealth management of our country people’s concept and mode, but also a profound adaptation of business ideas and business behavior of commercial banks. On the one hand, the retail business has become one of the fastest growing areas of the business of commercial banks; on the other hand, form change is also put forward higher requirements on commercial banks. Another said that the business of high requirements for banking services, involving many customers. But the Bank of Harbin’s retail business started late, the general lack of professional marketing talents and the team, the team has become a bottleneck restricting the further development of the retail business of Bank of Harbin. Comprehensive through the classical theory on human resources management of basic research, then the retail team building of domestic commercial banks, in-depth study of the State Bank of Harbin under the current retail business development present situation and the existence question, namely, how to build a "person hillock match" retail marketing team, and to explore the feasibility of construction of direction the Bank of Harbin retail team building, analysis of composition, competence of retail marketing team selection test car, education, evaluation and motivation, from the actual situation of the Bank of Harbin and puts forward the feasible construction scheme.
