Sichuan-Chongqing region’s economic development, as a representative of the energy economy, natural gas is a major highlight.Currently, natural gas gathering and supply of Sichuan, Chongqing region, forming a mining, collection, transportation, purification as one of the ground support system, with regional, scale and uneven other characteristics of the resource, the largest city, main pipeline route area, the higher the degree of utilization of natural gas in the non-resource land, to a lesser extent small cities and rural areas, natural gas utilization. From the industry point of view, low natural gas inefficient fertilizer use high-tech high value-added specialty chemicals and gas industry does not hatch nurtured.
