With the continuous development of IT technology,Internet technology and database technology,data marketing in the enterprise more and more widely used.All commercial banks have launched their own data marketing platform,on the one hand,to provide customers with high-quality financial services,on the other hand,to collect customer data,data analysis, and achieve precision marketing-Agricultural Bank of China in Gansu province established a series of analytical application platform under the guidance of headquarter.The platform is mainly used for data analysis and management.Although a large number of these platforms,but the source of data is not unified,data structure scattered,analysis method backward,unable to provide in-depth analysis of information and data for the decision-making of the enterprise.At the same time,the Agricultural Bank of China in Gansu province as a first level branch,after the data concentration,because of the system structure adjustment,they must face the role change.How to use the existing data technology platform to find new supports is a problem for a branch of science and technology department.The paper,from the status of Gansu Agricultural Bank customer marketing management on research,through the analysis of the present situation of Gansu Agricultural Bank customer data marketing and customer data management,find out the resons of Gansu Agricultural Bank marketing lags behind,and the main influence factors to restrict the development of customer database marketing.The paper put forward to establish a "customer-centric"maketing idea,integrate business data and uniform the croe business datamodel,break down department,open data access,and make data integration.Gansu Agricultural Bank must establish customer data marketing system to give the customer "full" service.The innovation of this paper is system analysis and research of the Agricultural Bank of China in Gansu province.Based on the existing business platform and data management,the paper give the possible solutions.Deficiencies reflected in the foothold is one-sided,part of the problem is lack of theoretical depth, and need to improved in the future research.
