Research On The Transformation Of The Coal Industry From The Perspective Of Circular Economy

Bad weather such as Fog and haze appears continuously, which encourages people to explore the source of it. Therefore the coal industry naturally becomes the focus of scholars both at home and abroad. The traditional development model of coal industry only force on the economic growth, while ignoring the environmental protection. Thus it brings a series of problems, such as the waste of resources, environmental pollution, ecological imbalance and so on. The limited resources and the unlimited of human needs lead to the intensifying contradiction between man and nature. The circular economy is characterized by the efficient and recycling use of resources, it based on the principles of reduction,recycle and reuse. It seeks for the biggest economic development at the expense of the smallest resources and environment. Therefore exploring the transformation of the coal industry under the perspective of circular economy is of vital importance.First, this article uses the relevant theories of circular economy,combined with the relevant contents of ecology and clean production,defining the meaning of coal industrial transformation and its specific performance under the perspective of circular economy. It analyzes the necessity of coal industrial transformation. Second, this paper constructs phase of evaluation index system and the empirical model by defining the characteristics of different stage in coal industry transformation under theperspective of circular economy. Third, this paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(fahp) to analyze the current stage of industrial transformation of xishan coal and electricity. The results show that the xishan coal and electricity industrial transformation is in the third stage.Finally, this paper sums up the experiences and deficiencies of xishan coal and electricity in the aspect of industrial transformation and gives some reference to the whole coal industrial transformation, such as the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and mine water, lack of infrastructure and so on.
