The current our country has entered the aging society, the aging of the population grim reality has caused the party and the government attaches great importance to. The Yellow River water resources commission as a national institution, has a staff of 43000 people, including 16800 from retiree. The Yellow River conservancy commission retired personnel management and service work mainly by retired work departments at all levels.The Yellow River conservancy commission units at all levels conscientiously implement the central about spirit, carried out in the retired management refinement, personalized, humanized management and service work, carry out the policies for the retired treatment, relieve the troubles in time, help to take a variety of forms, organization to carry out all the old style activities actively, promote the culture endowment. The Yellow River conservancy commission units at all levels to attach great importance to management of the retirees maintain the retired team harmony and stability. But, with the rapid development of aging society, retired management concept, ideas, policies, measures must be adapted to comprehensively deepen reform, links up, coordinated, consistent.
