Improvement Of The Ready Production Line Of H Company Based On Industrial Engineering

Due to the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry in recent years, our country has thus become an international manufacturing and processing center. In the 32 industries of China, the textile industry came in second place, but also China’s largest earning industries. Due to relied on the advantages of cheap labor of the country for many years taking the low road、the increasingly fierce market competition and the increase of labor costs and a series of reasons, the market pressures that textile industry facing is growing. As an important item of the textile industry, towels industry is facing the same problem. How to diagnose and analyze the enterprise production systems effectively, reduce production costs, reduce waste and improve production efficiency has become a top priority of such enterprise for development.Shandong H company is a textile enterprise with a towel production as the main features, the company is currently facing the problems of fierce competition among enterprises, decrease in foreign orders and increase of production costs. For the company’s current situation, this article select the production site of ready workshop as the base of research, select basic industrial engineering philosophy as the guide, through the targeted analysis towards the production line, introducing a practical optimization. This paper summarizes the research and application of basic industrial engineering at home and abroad, appoint that applied basic industrial engineering techniques is the only way to modernize the enterprise, expounded the relevant methods and technologies as the theoretical for this article, this paper select the production line of ready workshop of H company for the analysis of the study, pointed out the existing problems of production lines, and then use the basic industrial engineering ideas to improve the program and to develop a detailed implementation steps, effectively reduced the loss rate of the ready production line. The results proved that the foundation of industrial engineering methods play a significant role in improving production efficiency and reducing waste. The research methods of this paper provides a complete improvement ideas for other similar businesses, have theoretical guidance value and practical reference value.
