Recruitment and selection is one of the key processes of any business, often regardedas the most important. The main purpose of this research work is in the practical and researchlevel, evaluating and analyzing human resource recruitment, selection process and theirmethodology that could be influence into making progress for organization human resourcerecruitment and selection.In order to reach the research objectives, firstly need to study and review carefullyhuman resource recruitment theories and methodology, based on the study tour operatingcompanies which are the core institution of tourism industry. Also, used questionnaire thatfilled by institutions including10cores questions related to human resource; How these coreinstitutions of tourism industry recruit human resource team, do the selection basically basedon which sources, use what kinds of method do they use to get sources, what kind ofinformation use for the method, when selecting from the storage using which methods, usewhat preferential from candidate during the selection period, selection method andconsequence are clear and sufficient enough and etc. The comprehensive research was madeas selecting one company from18core companies about complete information includinginquiries, interviews and first level facts. Moreover, with the purpose of determining vitalissues and their influencing factors human resource recruitment and selection, made interviewwith tourism industrial stuff, professors, students, candidates and researchers etc.According to the research, it was noticeable that every organization based on theirspecialty makes their recruitment and selection with different standpoints. But commonly, thecompanies fail to notice some important points of recruitment and selections and further mustfocus on this area. A job vacancy announcement is only spread through using two sources ofnewsletter and TV or radio broadcasting. Therefore, it can be diverging into internet sourcesor event based activities. During the human resource selection process interview andreceiving CV methods are widely utilized. Therefore, text, quiz or broad interview couldpositively affect to the result of the selection. More focusing on job applicants’ viewpoint,personal quality, ability and talent is preferable. The research work also contained someprospects and advises to appropriately organizing recruitment and selection process assummarizing from research results.
