Research On Quality Factors Of Small And Micro Businesses’ Entrepreneurs In China

Small and micro businesses play an important role in economic. Now, more and morecountries all over the world pay attention to encourage, support and guide the small andmicro businesses entrepreneurship. Small and micro businesses entrepreneurs play adecisive role in the foundation of small and micro businesses. Entrepreneurial quality willdirectly affect the survival and development of small and micro business. Therefore,exploring the essential factors of entrepreneurial quality is important for small and microbusinesses.The research idea of the paper is exploring the essential factors of entrepreneurialquality by means of questionnaire and AHP, and then constructing the core system of smalland micro business entrepreneurial quality. Firstly we introduce the related concept ofsmall and micro business and entrepreneurial quality. Secondly we assemble the factors ofsmall and micro businesses entrepreneurial quality. Thirdly we screen the ten factors ofsmall and micro businesses entrepreneurial quality. Fourthly we construct the core systemof small and micro businesses entrepreneurial quality. Finally, we put forwards relevantsuggestions to improve small and micro businesses entrepreneurial quality and promote thedevelopment of small and micro businesses.
