Knowledge is the first productivity in the New Economic Era. To keep sustainabledevelopment, an enterprise should have effective resources integration with otherenterprises in the industry value chain on the basis of its own core value to form anindustry convergence ecosystem in which all the enterprises of the industry value chainare partners and they form a Community of Interest. Nuclear power being a high-techindustry, knowledge accumulation and technical innovation is crucial to the constructionand operation of nuclear power plants. Integration of knowledge resources, which isbusiness-process oriented, is vital for knowledge management. The integration of thedispersed knowledge resources and combining them with other resources will fulfill itscollaborative function and will contribute to enhance the core competence of nuclearpower enterprises. The thesis elaborates from the perspective of knowledge sharing onhow could an enterprise realize practical business process and system operation with theguidance of knowledge management theory and provides material for the knowledgeintegration of complex engineering.Science and technology information resources in CNPEC (China Nuclear PowerEngineering)are currently dispersed and inconvenient for sharing and application. Bystudying the status quo of CNPEC science and technology information management in thepresent nuclear power plant construction situation characterized by multiple bases,multiple projects and multiple technical routes, the thesis analyzes the root causes forrestricting the knowledge sharing and points out the integration of management systems,the informatization methods and business process as the key to the knowledgemanagement of CNPEC. Based on the above mentioned concept, the thesis elaborates onthe significance and the feasibility of science and technology information resourcesintegration and on that foundation also includes the characteristics of the nuclear power project construction, the nuclear power AE management model and the knowledge sharingtheory. Starting with business process optimization, science and technology knowledgeanalysis and knowledge share platform construction, the methods and model forintegrating science and technology information resources in CNPEC is proposed in thisthesis. By the development of organizational structure, management systems, enterpriseculture and incentive mechanisms, the knowledge management theory will be applied inbusiness process and system operation, which will greatly support the implementation ofthe science and technology information resources integration in CNPEC.
