In the modern fierce market competition, the quality is the lifeline of enterprise,enterprise product quality to a large extent determines the success or failure ofenterprises. Quality management has a long history of development, at present aboutthe theory and methods of quality management, quality control, there are many, suchas lean manufacturing and six sigma management, total quality management and soon. Many enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises are to a certain extent, tobuild their own quality management system. However, as an important subsystem ofquality management system, quality problem solving system is often ignored by theenterprise. In practice, quality problem solving system actually exists in manymanufacturing enterprises, many companies are also not consciously consciousapplication of the system, because it is a subsystem of the quality managementsystem, is contained within the quality management system.
