Jiangxi is a big dispense of agriculturalbut not a strong province of agricultural, due to the constraints of historical, natural andgeographical factors, the overall level of the development of modern agriculture injiangxi province is still low, the proportion of agriculture is too large, agriculturalinfrastructure is weak and mechanized production level is low, intensive scale has not yetformed, the lack of the comprehensive competitiveness of the international market ofagricultural products. Sustainable development of a modern agricultural demonstrationzone is the good way to improve the level of modern agriculture in jiangxi province, alsois the essential choice to becoming the strong agricultural province of jiangxi. Therefore,analysis of the construction of modern agriculture demonstration area in jiangxi provinceis of great practical significance.In this paper, the subject is the study of the present situation in the construction ofmodern agriculture demonstration area in jiangxi province. On the basis of reviewingrelated literature, the firstly, generally introducing the basic situation of thedemonstration area construction combining with the actual data of the construction ofmodern agricultural demonstration zone in jiangxi province, and mainly from fouraspects including the capital investment, agricultural facilities, popularization andapplication of science and technology and operational mechanism to summarize overallconstruction demonstration effect; Secondly using descriptive statistical method from theaspects of leading industry, the construction scale, infrastructure, technology level andoperational mechanism aspects to introduce respectively the construction characteristicsof the national demonstration zones and the provincial demonstration areas and thesimilarities and differences between them; Finally the following conclusions andenlightenment:(1) the diversity of demonstration area dominant industry has obviouscharacteristics;(2) the land circulation mechanism of the demonstration area is not sound andrestrict the land scale management;(3) the agricultural material equipment level of the demonstration area is enhanced,but it remains to be perfect;(4)the contribution rate of scientific of the agricultural development has beenimproved.
