Improve the technology innovation ability and efficiency of thepharmaceutical manufacturing, and promote the development of pharmaceuticalmanufacturing industry, has become a broad attention and compete for the object offoreign states and regions. Xinjiang has a very important status in our country,soevaluate Xinjiang medical manufacturing industry in the provinces of the nation’sposition correctly and scientificly, make pharmaceutical manufacturing technologyinnovation development about the level and present situation in Xinjiang clearly,analyze the influencing factors of pharmaceutical manufacturing technologyinnovation in Xinjiang, for the relevant government departments and thepharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises to provide decision-making reference has avery strong theoretical and practical significance.Based on the relevant literature basis, the paper describes the current situation ofthe development of pharmaceutical industry in Xinjiang,and establishes apharmaceutical manufacturing technology innovation ability evaluation system,involving four aspects such as the innovation input, output, ability of innovation, andinnovation environment, a total of17indicators, using the factor analysis method tomake an evaluation of Xinjiang in2011the pharmaceutical manufacturing technologyinnovation ability analysis; Then, in the light of the characteristics of pharmaceuticalmanufacturing industry development and the availability of data into consideration,build Xinjiang pharmaceutical manufacturing technical innovation efficiencyevaluation system, involving the two aspects about input and output indexes, a total ofsix indicators, using data envelopment analysis method to evaluat and analyse the national31provinces and autonomous regions including Xinjiang state ofpharmaceutical manufacturing technical innovation efficiency.According to the analysis results, Xinjiang pharmaceutical manufacturingtechnology innovation ability and efficiency are weak, but also show that the largerdevelopment space of pharmaceutical manufacturing, put forward some suggestionsto improve the technology innovation ability and efficiency of Xinjiangpharmaceutical manufacturing,for example,enhance investment in innovationresources (including funding and manpower), to set up the incentive mechanisminnovation atmosphere, make full use of local advantages in Xinjiang and so on. |
