Founding a land resources-saving and environment-friendly society is the major initiative of overall person and the nature harmonious development and promoting the sustainable development in Hunan province. But for the influence of features and urbanization environment in Hunan accumulated ecological environment and socio-economic factors, making the process of urbanization in the ecological and economic issues increasingly prominent. Therefore, the realization of Hunan "resource conservation" and "environmentally friendly" coordinated development is the key issue to be solved.This paper takes the resource conservation and environment-friendly land situation in Hunan province in2008as a case to study. First, analyze the land resource conservation and environment-friendly in each county of Hunan province by cross-data envelopment analysis model and the coordinated development model. Then, with the main component analysis method for screening key, and on this basis construct structural equation model to analyze land resource-saving and environment-friendly coupling state. Finally make the following conclusions:(1) Based on a resource-saving and environment-friendly development theory, to build five kinds of coordinated development types:coordinated development of high quality, well-coordinated development, barely coordinated development, on the verge of recession and offset class category. From Hunan regional scale to analyze the resource-saving and environment-friendly and coordinated development of land resources. Found that only in chenzhou the land resources saving and environment friendly harmonious, and the remaining13cities in the state, land resources-saving and environment-friendly land are vested on the verge of disorder.(2) In order to fully reflect the primary information resource conservation and land in Hunan coordinated development of environment-friendly, and easy to build structural equation model, using principal component analysis, screening for all indicators, found that the ratio of non-natural recycling categories, natural and economic interaction class ratio and effective irrigation area factor basically three indicators of land use17indicators covering all the information; rural power intensive degree, grain yield and water output factor can basically cover three indicators of land resource intensive12indicators in all the information; forest cover, soil erosion rates, per capita water resources and ecological forest area accounts for four indicators factor basically environmentally friendly29indicators covering all the information.(3) According to principal component analysis of key indicators selected to build structural equation model, from Hunan Province, provincial scale analysis, found that intensive use of environment-friendly and there is a negative correlation, the correlation coefficient was-0.14; environment-friendly land use and there is a negative correlation, and its correlation coefficient of-0.15; intensive use and land use there is a positive correlation, the correlation coefficient was0.80; intensive use of a negative correlation of coupling state, the correlation coefficient was-0.06; environmentally friendly there is a positive correlation of coupling state, and its correlation coefficient of0.27; there is a positive correlation of coupling state land use, with a correlation coefficient of0.35.The result of the study is helpful to promote the effective utilization of land resources in Hunan province, and to promote the construction of resource conservation and environment friendly society.
