With the development of information technology how to combine the achievements of modern information technology of enterprise management, and translated into the enterprise economic benefit, has become the focus of the academia and business. How to realize the information technology and the enterprise human resources management integration closer, make the management of human resources develop towards the information management, promote the development and utilization of human resources management, improve the level of enterprise human resources management, increase human resources service satisfaction, is an important topic of the enterprise human resource management which needs to be taken seriously. Human resources information management in enterprise is a very important and valuable work. For the enterprise, information technology has become a general management technique which is public acceptance and long-term use. Information technology can optimize traditional management largely, integrate entire enterprise and it’s working with partners into supply chain system, accelerate working efficiency, make enterprise management mode more advanced.Human resource management information system is based on network platform; it integrates advanced information technology with professional personnel to improve management, reduce cost and enhance the work efficiency. In this paper, first of all, reviewed and analyzed the human resources information management development present situation at home and abroad, based on taking example by the successful experience of the information construction of human resource management both at home and abroad, to analysis of significance of introduction human resource management information system into enterprise; Secondly, analyzed the function of human resource management information system’ function and it’s build process in detail; Finally, introduced the actual case and introduces the process of system implementation in detail and make evaluation and analysis. It has used a variety of research methods in this paper to make a comprehensive analysis and research for human resource management information system, including of literature review method, case study method, questionnaire survey method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and so on, by select cases, design the questionnaire to make evaluation of human resource management information system in the actual case, it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions aimed at the problems, and to provide reasonable suggestions for enterprise human resources management change, to make it fast to adapt to the changes in internal and external environment.
