With today’s rapid development of information technology, all aspects of social life have been inseparable from the support of network technology. By now, network technology. At present, besides is widely applied in information sharing, network technology also has substantial applications in control field. Remote control system is a typical application about this aspect: Transmit data through the network, remotely control the clients, and improve the efficiency under the premise of saving resources, for the convenient release and upgrade of enterprise products.Through the research on the current remote control system technology, this paper discusses its development status and future development direction; further clarify the meaning of remote control technology. After that, the overall system of the system includes the process, the system description, the transmission of the data and the overall structure of the system.Then the design of the system to do a detailed introduction.The last is the realization and testing of the system.The system is implemented as a Web program, through the Active X control technology to achieve the control terminal of remote management and control system, and embeds the control into web pages, remote publish it to the user’s computer With B/S model. On the one hand the user can select the desired operation on the Web page, and transfer related command to the control which has been embedded into Web pages via Java Script scripting language,at the same time the control can also make the appropriate action on the local USB device based on the response of servers; On the other hand as a client control of control terminal, after receive the command from the user of Web page, establish a communication connection with the server program running on the Server and implement interactive of control information. For the design and implementation of system, in terms of client management and control, through API provided by Windows and hook technology to achieve related operations on the USB devices of local machine, like Read/write control, File read and operation and so on; in terms of safety, in the system design identity authentication module, based on USB device number identity authentication scheme is proposed on the basis of USB device unique identification, then ensure using safety of system; in terms of data transmission, we adopt the C/S model based on B/S to implement it, B/S is used for client publish, C/S is used for interaction of control data between the control and the Server program.
