With the rapid development of the nonferrous metals technology and the localization of the aviation industry and the car industry,aluminum alloy strip is widely used.At the same time,with the increase of the market demand,most of the production enterprises are using the basic automation control and the process automation control,and even to the extent that,some enterprises also use the manufacturing execution system(MES)for production management.But there is an intermediate zone between the process automation and the MES.That is the problem between the single equipment.If we can make cooperation between the software and the hardware,then we can realize the intelligent production of the whole line.That means the output will increase,and we can save more resources.Anyway,it is also the future of manufacturing industry the development trend of.The thesis is based on a domestic aluminum processing company,which is communicate with MES by the Socket communication technology,and through the middleware.It increases the openness and the scope of application.The main design uses the multi thread.This thesis studies the framework of the software,and also studies the inter thread communication,message queue and communication etc.The software also has the function of the model calculation,and the function of the material tracking.As it could be,the data can be storaged.Through the description above,it means to design an industrial control software,which can improve the stability and real-time of the line.The system plays an important role in the process of production.It is the bridge of the communication between the manufacturing execution system(MES)and the basic automation equipment.Through the introduction of model calculation,it can improve the quality and yield of the product.It is full of realistic significance.
