The Design And Develop A Management System Of Mining Rights Approval Besed On B/S Framework

With the rapid development of Internet technology and database technology,and the constant innovation of global information technology, informatization has become an inevitable trend, widely applied to all areas of the economy and society. E-government is the core of national informatization, and therefore Ministry of Land and Resources initiated the Golden Land Project.This thesis aims to design and develop a management system of mining rights approval besed on B/S framework, with B/S framework, software engineering methodology and Oracle database technology. Functions of this system include user login, desktop navigation, approval item list, process control, forms, document processing, project statistics search, project tracing, the Ministry of Land and Resources distribution and other basic functions and a preliminary examination, agent review, various departments trial, director approval, and so on. Mining right approval is analyzed in detail in this thesis, through the examination and approval process reengineering, designing the new approval process of mining right, mining right continuation, mining right transfer, registration change, mining right mortgage, mining right cancellation, re-issue the mining licenses.The main content of this thesis includes:1. a function model of analysis by use case diagram after detailed requirements; 2. the overall framework design, the overall function design, the mining right approval process design, and the database design. Using the unified e-government platform and Oracle 10g database, all functions of the mining right management system of approval are designed based on B/S Framework.3. testing online.The new system based on B/S Framework makes the Ministry of Land and Resources more standardized on approval management of mining right, and a complete data files. It not only improves the working efficiency of the Ministry of Land and Resources, but also serves the society more effectively.
