Design And Implementation Of The System Of Rural E-government Approval

With the rapid development of information technology, government will begin to pay more attention to the development of E-government. On the one hand, it can greatly increase the efficiency of government, reduce the cost of government administration, and improve the transparency of government work. On the other hand, it is the basis for agriculture information and the important way or mode for accelerating rural economic development.At first, it proposed the necessity and feasibility of development of rural E-government system in this thesis. Then we study the rural E-government system and the approval system according to the analysis of system requirement and propose a General Services E-government Model on the basis of the study about E-government system and the actual needs. At Last designed to achieve a B/S architecture of the administrative examination and approval system at the same time, the system design methods, software architecture and implementation techniques are discussed.The study use Java Web technologies to develop E-government implementation of approval system. At first we use OSWorkFlow technology to realize the complexity of the job flow scheduling, and at the same time apply AJAX technology, YUI library controls, the MVC model of Webwork and Java Web Framework to implement software. The results of study show that: Implementation of e-government approval system can support that users can customize the approval process by providing a flexible safety approval process, meet the existing demand for E-government applications and it have some application value for the development E-government for agriculture.
