With the development of the mobile phone screen manufacturing industry, the compet ition is becoming fiercer. In order to occupy a place in the market, it is necessary to contin uously improve the process to increase the yield and reduce the costs. As the mainstream te chnology for the assembly of the mobile phone screen, the full lamination technology must be promoted.In the mobile phone screen assembly process, the full lamination technology has become the mainstream technology, combined with In-Cell, OGS, On-Cell and other technology, the production of touch screen display obvious improvement. Due to the use of liquid glue and a single glass for a joint, saving the cost of material, simplifying the production process, making the product significantly thinner and lighter, enhancing the transmittance, significantly improving the display effect. A smart phone be produced by the full lamination technology, giving users a better experience.In this paper, we mainly introduce the improvements of the lamination technology of t he mobile phone screen. Analysis and countermeasures are proposed for the lack and overf low of adhesive during the full lamination process, especially for those of exist shadow reg ion of CG around, where UV adhesive can’t be cured and is easy to overflow.Through the study of equipments modification and optimizations of operating conditi on, we greatly reduced the risk of yellowing issue of the screen caused by not UV curing and achieved stable products.
