The mismanagement of the fund will have profound implications on the development of the enterprise. Therefore, the development of an efficient and purposeful fund management system based on the organization structure characteristics of an enterprise which will enhance enterprise’s ability of supervision and control of funds is very important.In this paper, Based on the fully investigation of the general fund management pattern of excellent companies home and aboard; Learning of the organization structure features of Tianjin Financial Group and investigated the fund management; business process and the control of the parent company and its subsidiaries and the analysis the companies informational requiements, we have designed a fund management system for Tiajin Jinrong Group. The design of the system strictly abide by the software engineering specification, and provid fund plan, fund scheduling, fund settlement, account management, account management, comprehensive credit, credit management, and other related business service. At the beginning of the system design, the business unit division and maintainability of the system have been fully considered which help to reduce the risk of system development, facilitate t to maintain the system.The design and the development of a fund management system must meet the requirement like advanced, security, reliability, practicability, openness, etc so that it will adapt to the current application and long-term development of the information management of Tianjin Jinrong Group. Hence, the development of the system adopted service-oriented UAP (Unified Application Platform) architecture. Based on UAP platform, the fund management system have relized the unified transparent management of the capital across the group; monitor subordinate company funds flow make sure inflows and outflows of the fund are as planned; Increased the turnover of funds, reduce the financial cost.
