Now, with the development of science and technology, the use of smart phone becomes more and more popular. At the same time, the features of smart phone are also more and more rich, but these rich features consume much power. Feature phone can stand four days basically, but most smart phones can only stand one or two days. After several times of low battery alert, its advantages are no longer able to play. So this battery saver application will supply great help for our life.At the beginning, this thesis introduces the background of the subject, and summarizes the related technologies of LTE, Android system, software testing and so on. Then it describes the main features of the battery saver application such as power saving mode, power detection, protected applications, power consumption statistics. In the end, this thesis verifies the availability and stability of the system through a lot of software testing. At present the test result is the functions of the battery saver application have no problem, but the configuration interfaces under Indonesian and Arabic have displaying issue. Some of the interfaces are incomplete.The main innovation of this application is adding the power detection and battery charging management functions based on power saving mode. In addition, this application supports seventeen languages with high downloads and satisfaction feedback.
