In recent years,consumer electronics and miniaturization instruments has been rapid development. The flexible printed circuit with the advantages of its light-weight, thickness, small volume, high density, flexible, and other advantages are widely used in mobile phones, notebook computers, digital cameras, LCD screen and other electronic products. The dry sintering is an important part in the production process of the flexible printed electronic circuits. And the printing electronic product research starts late in our country, most common drying method is directly uses the heating plate or the oven in the laboratory. In order to achieve drying sintering of large-scale, continuous, efficient printed electronics, this paper designs a kind of drying sintering device system, which comprises the drying sintering oven, transfering printing section, and temperature control systems, in-depth study of the temperature distribution and the temperature control system of the drying sintering oven, and developing temperature control program. The main contents are as follows:1.The structure design of the dry sintering device. The drying sintering oven mainly includes suppling printing parts, the dry sintering oven, recycling printing parts and the frame structure design. The Supplying and recycling printed parts are mainly used for transfering printed electronic products. The drying sintering oven offers the drying sintering temperature environment for the printed electronics. The frame provides the underlying platform for the sections collaborate to work.2. The control system study of the dry sintering device. The control object for the temperature field of the drying sintering oven, the transfer function of the dry sintering oven is determined by the mathematical modeling and parameter identification, using PC to send a different duty cycle of square wave signals, thus to achieve the heating components control work.3. The temperature inspection system development of the drying sintering device. In order to obtain the temperature field distribution in the dry sintering oven, We develope a multichannel temperature checking system based on the communication by using Visual Basic.4. The experiment analysis of the temperature field inside the drying sintering oven. The test mainly starts with the control single factor variables, acquisition of temperature field distribution in various conditions, analyzing causes of each state, and putting forward the improvement scheme.5. The optimize and improvement of the drying sintering device. The main object of the optimization design is dry sintering oven, heating unit selects the heat ventilation circulation way making the oven to produce uniform distribution temperature field of the high temperature.This device uses the RS485/RS232 serial communication technology to communicate and monitor the drive unit of supplying and recycling printed parts and the temperature control instrument in the dry sintering oven. It realizes the automatic control of the drying sintering speed and the constant temperature of the drying sintering oven,to improve the efficiency of printed electronics dry sintering and sintering quality products.
