Research On Crisis Management For Enviormental Emergency Driving Network Public Opinion

As a new style of living,internet socienty has changed the mode of existence and traditional social structure,which brought human postive benefits,also challenged the mechanism,frequency, ways of crisis management for enviormental emergency’s driving network public opinion. Enviormental emergency,which had more closer attention,which was more influential and powerful,always was unexpected,interractive, attentive, invasive and various.Enviormental emergency driving network public opinion was influential by enviormental emergency,internet users, media,government,opinion leaders,which developed from beginning period,evolution period,rising period,to dying period. Crisis management for enviormental emergency’s driving network public opinion was challenged,because of mobilization of internet and actual social collection.Many cases displayed many shortcomings,such as rigid social mechanism,lagged laws,and office holder’s media literacyCrisis management for enviormental emergency’s driving network public opinion was a systematic task,which had macroscopic, the middle, microcosmic aspects. From macroscopic perspective, asking the responsibility,systematic laws,improvement of office holder’s media literacy were needed. From the middle perspective,mechanics construction,such as preplan, warning mechanism,joint mechanism,fast response policing system were needed.From microcosmic perspective,the beginning more attention should be payed to the source of risks.at the evolution and rising period, information distribution and guiding public opinion should be cared,At the dying period,tracking,evaulation and education were needed.
