The Community Service Interaction Design For Mobile Platform And Communication Research

The community is a basic unit of the society, involving the formation and the operation of social network. There is an inseparable connection between the development of the community and media, and the community media develop associated with the traditional media. To promote the community media by utilizing the digital technology will better facilitate the development of virtuous circle of interpersonal relationship, the build of harmonious community and the acceleration of the construction of harmonious society. This research use the method of literature collection, Inductive argument, digital statistics and the experimental analysis, studies the following contents:First of all, under the umbrella of new media environment, it includes net community media and mobile community media, both of which feature explosive quality and rate of information, improving conscious participation and the foundation of virtual social network. The tendency of interaction of it aims at interacting evenly and building real interpersonal relationship. This dissertation is going to propose the basic framework of community support interactive mode and demonstrate the feasibility of its dissemination.Second, the mobile platform is regarded as the media of community support interactive design, the specific service content of designed applications, and the interactive mode of synthesis. By building user authentication, user activity and user mutual support in art design ways and mobile exploitation techniques, the chain of‘user authentication-user initiation-user response’ will be accomplished.At last, based on the accomplishment of design of community interactive support of mobile platform, we choose ‘Questionnaire’ to explore the community interactive support design by doing running tests, questionnaire and analyzing statistics theoretically. The identity and cohesion of the community could be enhanced by the community interactive support towards the mobile platform where people could see various modes of dissemination, the comprehension of its content, and the direction of its effects. The future of the community media is to improve its capacity, motivate community users’ participation, and assist them with setting up real interpersonal relationship, and more importantly, to increase the dissemination nodes, and expand the influence of the community media.
