Since the media environment in the audience as the recipient’s identity changes,mode of transmission of information has changed, the objective of the public media literacy has put forward higher requirements. These changes have the connotation of existing media literacy plays a role in digestion, and therefore need to revisit the existing media literacy. Living from the media environment, our public both technically and psychologically unprepared, leading to a variety of network chaos.Since under the media environment gives the public the right for more information dissemination, and thus construct the user’s own sense of accomplishment and the ability to enhance media literacy will become the main mode and purpose, since media users to media literacy will also be fully socialized.In this paper, based on the theory of media literacy and self-propagation modes and demographic information on the user’s media as the main research object, in the new context of technological development of media literacy and self-media users under media and public ecological upgrade strategy and path, discussion from the media users, especially in the micro-blog, micro-channel represented from the media platform of media literacy to enhance the practical requirements and goals, and mention should be in the public itself, the public sector, media literacy concepts updates and media literacy education in three areas together upgrade.In theory, this paper will focus on the changes in the media since the development and dissemination of information in the form of traditional media literacy audiences identities new requirements, that is, since the propagation characteristics of the media’s constant digestion and challenges connotation existing forms of media literacy and nurturing how to build a new popular media literacy training system to adapt to the current Internet technology development and social transformation needs. In practical terms,this paper, a typical case of microblog, the Wechat to make an analysis of typical cases, the results obtained will be more for its universality. Research fit people growing in social progress, for the sense of participation in the growing media, the more intense the desire for self-expression, combined with media development trend of China’s media literacy for current foster path proposed feasibility. The study will provide mainly from the media and the public in different media environment as well as in the environment of the public media literacy should match the two parties started.This article from the media development, public discourse on self promotion under the media environment, since under the media environment changes in public opinion on issues such as ecology, environmental studies since the goal of the public media literacy under the media and the public media literacy training to enhance the feasibility of the path.
