In recent years,many kinds of robot competitions which aimed at the high school and college students all over the world have been sprung up in the increasing rate. Moreover, the requirement and the difficulties of the competition has also increased annually. Based on the research of mobile robot technology at home and aboard and combined with the requirement of the RoboCup, the paper designed a new type of mobile robot with barrier-avoiding capabilities by means of ultrasonic wave and sensing function based on the Labview Vision which is inexpensive to make, multi-functional,easy to be developed in the future.The paper introduced the related technology on mobile robot at home and abroad at first, proposed the integral structure and the controlling strategy and designed the software and hardware platform of the mobile robot,Designed a fuzzy controller based on behavior,put forward the improved method.It verified the system that provided the robustness and the smooth trajectory can be desirable for the requirement of the competition through simulation and experiment.Aimed at the requirement of the recognition,the paper also purposed a design development based on color imagine and gray level imagine which aimed at the colored ball and the basketball through the Labview Vision, reducing the interference of complex background,increasing the precision of recognition.
