Design And Implementation Of Hidden Risks Investigation And Elimination System For Work Safety

Work safety is related to the interests of national security and the people, is an important safeguard of economic development and social stability, is the requirements of implementing the scientific development concept and an important part of building a harmonious society. In recent years, the national work safety maintained the development trend of aggregate stability and getting better, but the work safety situation is still grim. To further implement the national policy of safety and prevention first、comprehensive control, by carrying out the management action of eliminating hidden dangers to implement safety responsibility of enterprises and local governments, eliminate and govern hidden dangers and weakness comprehensively, establish mechanisms of hazard control and eliminating and governing hidden dangers to prevent and curb the occurrence of major accidents effectively and promote work safety conditions getting better stably[25].The system uses B/S framework, based on the network of government and the public service network, using J2 EE solution to develop,using the method of object oriented technology to analysis and design, and using Web Services technology to interconnect with other heterogeneous systems. This paper describes the system functional requirements analysis, the application of key techniques, framework and database design, code realization, test way designing,test results analysising and etc. The application of this system provides information important means of grass-roots management of work safety.This system accomplish three functions: first,established database of the enterprises,when we establish the database, we could make sure the normal operation of system, and ensure the state, province, city safety supervision departments at all levels of the first time to grasp the basic situation of enterprises, analysis of data, make effective judgment; secondly, constructed the hidden self-cheking and self report system, it is the key to the investigation management system of construction safety hazards, only the enterprises encounters the situation coming up in the process of production and management to the safety supervision department, safety supervision departments could guide enterprises to correct safety hidden danger investigation role in the regulatory process daily; finally, builded a comprehensive regulatory information system had the function of further development, and can interconnect with other system.
