In the field of Communication studies, it has continued with a research tradition—“Media Use and Child Development”. In order to undertake this context, this study takes an interdisciplinary perspective which based on the theory of Communication, Sociology, Psychology, to research and analysis. Empirical research method is used to analysis teenagers’ usage of Mobile Social Network and the influence to Adolescents’ Socialization from Mobile Social Networking.This paper is targeted at the 12~18 years old teenagers from XinGan county of Jiangxi Province. Through sufficient investigation, to understand the interpersonal relationships, the role-play of society, social engagement, media dependency and valuation concepts of the five dimensions from socialization. The innovation of this paper is a fresh surveying object and different dimensions of socialization. According to the data analysis, I have to draw the following conclusions: Firstly, the difference which the demographic variable affects the teenagers’ usage is not obvious. Secondly, the relationship of teenager in the Mobile Social Network still target on the real objects. But, the MSNS would weaken the real ability to interact easily. Thirdly, it’s high degree of the teenagers’ social participation, but easy to make hidden trouble for their safety. Fourthly, the media dependency of adolescent is low but the impact is great. Fifthly, the MSNS affects the value of teenager, and both the positive and negative influences exist. In the last of this paper, it proposed certain suggestions to promote the socialization of adolescent healthily on the basis of the analysis above.
