Academic Archival Researches In Taiwan Since1949Andits Comparision With That Of Chinese Mainland

Since1949, the academic researches on archive in Taiwan have transferred from adopting stage to "democratic" development, having achieved fruitful results. Based on the analysis of data from the National Library Periodical Website. Airiti Library, National Taiwan Library, and Taiwan Journal Article Index, this paper tries to figure out the development path of the academic archival researches in Taiwan, and compares it with the researches in Chinese Mainland, so as to provide reference to the cross-strait archival studies.The guidelines of this paper are as follows:Introduction:makes clear the reason of choosing the topic, gives definitions and illustrates research methods.Chapter One:the history of the academic archival researches in Taiwan Ⅰ---the adopting stage (1949-1986). This part researches the archival studies in Taiwan between1949and1986, taking advantage of Bibliographic metrology. Meanwhile, it gives brief introduction of the representative works and scholars.Chapter Two:the history of the academic archival research in Taiwan Ⅱ----he democratic stage (1987-2014). This part uses the same research methods with the first one. The differences only lie in the data taken from modern years.Chapter Three:The fundamental characteristics of archival researches in Taiwan.Chapter Four:Comparison with the archival researches in Chinese Mainland. This part illustrates the differences across straits.Chapter Five:Prospects of the archival research development in Taiwan.Conclusion:concludes the main idea of the whole paper.
