Hence, it is necessary to guide the trend of netizen comments and low down the negative influence of irrational comments to make sure the sound development of network civilization.Definitely, the formation, the traits and the influence of irrational comments are due to several aspects. Through global analysis, the formation mainly consists of three aspects,including the subject of the comments, the object of the comments and the circumstance of the comments.
