Basing on scientific and technological innovation, Zhenhao food companies hasdeveloped rapidly, and established complete marketing network throughout thecountry. With the further development of the continuous expansion of business scaleand the benefit of enterprises, the original management system was unable to keep upwith the pace of development of enterprises, but also unable to meet the enterprisemanagement required to work more fastly and accurately. More important is the lackof the correlation analysis of real-time processing invoicing food, also themanagement personnel have the trouble with transfering data and achieving commandneeds promptly. The company needs a system which can help it to handle differentkinds of food information, master the sales process and sales, support the managementstaff of the relevant food sales operation and can effectively accelerate the foodturnover rate, which can further improve the quality of the services industry Invoicingsystem.In this context, the design of Zhenhao food company Invoicing system needs toconsider the stock purchase, sales management, inventory management, logisticsmanagement and other aspects of the information collection and the business process,in the process of supply chain management in the project related data connection,sharing, food Invoicing information updated in a timely manner, and the collaborationwith CRM and other information system, at the same time to solve the currentoperation and management due to a variety of projects and some process controlmeans deficiency caused low efficiency, control is not strict, the lack of the functionsand the waste of resources and other related defects. In theaspect of system function testing, the use of black box testing, test system functionsand design requirements, and does not detect the internal structure of products. In thestructural test, mainly uses the white box testing, according to the internal structure ofthe program to test detection system according to the design idea, can the normaloperation. Through the function point of the system with the corresponding testmethod to conduct a comprehensive testing to ensure its integrity, the ultimateguarantee of the realization of the system functional requirements analysis phase isproposed and the non functional requirements in demand.At present, Invoicing system has used on-line, the implementation of the systemreduces food company management costs, improve customer service efficiency andemployee productivity.
