With the development of computer technique, Web technology as well as the improvement of enterprise’s automation and informatization, the weakness of traditional industrial control system appears gradually, which can’t meet the real-time requirement of data dissemination and control coverage is limited in a relative region. Therefore, the study and design of modern remote monitoring system to break through the geographical and time limit has become a trend. Based on the analysis of the research background and current situation of the development both at home and abroad, this paper proposes a design scheme of the antenna rotating monitoring platform system, by which users can remotely control the antenna and the antenna’s position and operating conditions can be fed back in real time. The main research results obtained as follows:1. Based on B/S(Browser/Server) architecture the platform regards network antenna rotation control platform as the research object, using advanced Microsoft Visual development platform(Visual Studio 2008) combined with SQL Server database, using C # language to write the upper machine of Web server program, which significantly reduces the amounts of codes, and improves the development efficiency, shortens the development cycle, and ensures the standardization and normalization of the codes.2. Using Web design technology and the advantage of powerful features of ASP.NET 2.0 to develop a good human-computer interaction network interface, through AJAX technology to improve system real-time and interactive amity of the user interface, the operation status of the antenna equipment on web pages in real-time is realized3. With the help of Socket communication technology, PC monitoring platform can communicate with the terminal of antenna equipment control unit, which realizes the monitoring and control of the rotating angle azimuth of the antenna, and the status monitoring parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, humidity and working status of antenna equipment.4. Using multithreading technology, the platform effectively completes the allocation of resources, and makes different program module send concurrently and execute asynchronously to improve the efficiency of the control system.5. Design corresponding database to persist the user information and antenna parameters between the platform system and acquisition device in the field, which achieves the following functions: data store in real-time and data share in the rotating antenna control system of Web.6. Through on-site commissioning of the device, the designed Web rotating antenna platform meets the requirements of practical application, and can carry on the real-time control of the remote device. Meanwhile, the running status of the equipment can be monitored for a whole day with expected risk be handled automatically.To sum up, the platform possesses a good real-time performance, reliability and flexibility which can be effectively applied in the dispersing and unattended equipment for remote control and early fault warning in the process of production. It has a good popularization value.
