Research On The Image Of Inner Mongolia Presenting In The Network Media

Regional image is the public’s comprehensive and nonobjective impression of one district. The regional image is very important, it can encourages the people and attracts more investment. With the development of internet, the regional image what is reflected in the network media has became more and more important.In this thesis, research object is the regional image of Inner Mongolia presenting in the network media, which is based on SINA net. From 2010 to 2014, there are 1440 data. The author uses the method of analysis of the text and data statistical analysis to decompose the image of Inner Mongolia into 5 topics including politics, fortunes, civilization, community and environment. Finally the paper analyses the characteristics of the 5 topics one by one.And then the author makes a contrast between the image of Inner Mongolia presenting in the network media and the current situation of Inner Mongolia. Obviously these images reflect Inner Mongolia’s present situation objectively, but there are still some problems existing in the network media news, such as the transmission is unequal, the negative news are exaggerated. Conclusively the author try to make some suggestion on the transmission of Inner Mongolia’s media image, such as constructing better information environment, organizing large-scale activities, taking advantage of media interaction and so on.
