With the reform of education system, the expansion of university enrollment numbers, school size increasing, the total amount of fixed assets is also growing, which the fixed asset management difficulty also greatly increased. Especially the increasing branch campuses, the fixed assets in Colleges and universities has formed the characteristics of large scale, decentralized, the old management mode in the face of the new situation has been exposed the drawbacks and its limitations.And where I am the Luxun Academy of Fine Arts(LAFA) is one of the eight Chinese Academy of arts, College of the existing Shenyang and Dalian two campuses, covering a total area of 460,000 square meters, and be approved as "China’s top university" in 2013. With the college enrollment expansion in recent years, the number of college fixed assets equipment increased dramatically, at present the amount of fixed assets equipment to tens of thousands of Taiwan, and the low value of durable equipment quantity is more huge, equipment asset management information has increased substantially, increasing the processing complexity of the data, puts forward higher requirements to the college fixed assets management. This allows us to develop assets management of the fixed assets management information system of motivation.This paper aims to fixed asset management status of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts were investigated to find out the typical problems existing in the current management of fixed assets, make full use of the software engineering theory, the requirement analysis and detailed design stage using UML modeling tool of system development with combination of case diagram, activity diagram and class diagram is designed. In the implementation stage, using the C/S with the MVC design pattern framework design, the backstage database using SQL Server 2005, and in the testing phase the application method of unit testing, integration testing and stress testing of the combination of the test sample, design reasonable for the system, the running results of the system effectively test.Research on the scheme of the whole subject through the idea of software engineering in the development process, this paper has carried on the detailed elaboration in the various stages of system development. Through in the school in the deployment and internal testing, the system has a good user experience and stability, and easy to upgrade and maintenance, database has a faster query data security and high response speed. At present, the system has been in this school asset management department formally online operation, and in good condition.
