At present, our country’s current medicine circulation system is undergoing significant changes, State-owned, collective management and four-level wholesale mode is being replaced by intensive distribution of link system of the coexistence of diverse ownership. Foreign controls were lifted into the pharmaceutical industry, private medical enterprise has increasingly became a force in the pharmaceutical business force which to be reckoned with. In the environment pharmaceutical market maintain fast and stable growth, there are some small and medium-sized special enterprise which business developed rapidly and the scale was increasing. With the enlargement of the scale, business forms and channels structure became more complicated, traditional management mode cannot meet the needs of the recent competition more and more, thus produced a large number of management issues. For example, the gradually increased circulation network cost, the backing and shortages existed in the circulation which cannot found easily and timely, the timely and accurate understanding of the layers of the circulation organization of the sales and inventory situation become a difficult problem, reasonable procurement, distribution, sales planning became more difficult, sales front-end business information collection and feedback is slow, a lot of manpower material resources wasted in the repeated data input, the implement of the GSP certification standards will encounter many difficulties in the circulation.Establishing the accurate and efficient pharmaceutical company information management system is the only way. In this paper, after the analysis of the actual needs of pharmaceutical companies operate and business processes combining the idea of the intensive information management, I designed and implemented an information management system for pharmaceutical companies.At first, this article discussed on the basis of the project background and its development and design problem of the pharmaceutical company information management system, analyses its functional requirements and non-functional requirements. And for these system demands, I used use case diagram and activity diagram to the detailed analysis of the functional requirements and non-functional requirements.On the basis of demand analysis, we conducted pharmaceutical company information management system architecture design. First of all, putting forward system design target and principle based on the system demand. And then designing the technical and functional architecture of the system. When designing the technical architecture, I mainly considered the scalability, maintainability and performance problems of the system. Therefore I used the J2EE MVC architecture and analyzed the function of each layer in design. In a functional architecture design, after discussing the functions of the parts of the system, an integral part of the system framework is given finally.On the basis of the detailed design, we made the detailed introduction to the realization of each module, and gave the overall effect diagram and the realization of the various parts of the system. After that, I accounted for the problems and solutions encountered in the implementation process.In the end, the application and testing conditions of the pharmaceutical enterprise information management system were simply introduced in this paper. And then I putted forward some suggestions to system for further improvement.To sum up, under the guidance of the thought of software engineering and object-oriented design, after experiencing the demand analysis, system design, detailed design, coding and testing five steps, I finally finished pharmaceutical enterprise information management system design and implementation.
