Research And Implementation Of Intelligent Generating Test Paper System Based On Genetic Algorithm

With the development of computer technology and artificial intelligence, the emergence and development of the computer aided teaching promote the teaching methods and teaching means to be constantly updated. While the computer examination system, as an important part of computer aided teaching, has been paid more and more attention. In the examination system, the quality of automatic test papers influences the impartiality of the examination and the justice of examination directly. Computer technology to develop the system of intelligent test paper is winning more and more attention of experts and scholars gradually.How to generate the test paper is a muti-objective optimization problems under some constraint conditions. And the design of the algorithm is the core of the test paper generating system, directly related to the efficiency and quality of the test paper. In this thesis, the intelligent test paper and test algorithm is discussed based on the theory of classical test method. The test evaluation index, the effect of every index and the relationship between the effects are analyzed in detail. And with questions types, difficulty, discrimination, knowledge points, teaching requirements as the main parameter to establish the mathematical model of intelligent test paper generation problem. Compared to traditional algorithm of slow arithmetic speed, low success rate and low paper quality, genetic algorithm choice adaptive global optimization, intelligent search and good convergence characteristics. This paper chooses genetic algorithm with global optimization as the algorithm of generating test paper, and the coding scheme, the generation of genetic algorithm initial population, the fitness function, termination conditions were investigated and improved. And detailed implementation processes of the algorithm are presented, and the experimental results are presented and analyzed.Finally, this intelligent system is implemented based on B/S architecture, applying C#.net as its development platform, using SQL server database technology and using ADO.net technology to connect the database. Preliminary experimental results prove the system runs in a stable condition, the efficiency and the quality of the generating test paper meet the basic needs of the test paper in teaching, and the system has certain use value.
