Nowadays, wireless network technology is more and more favored by consumers, it will bring unprecedented convenience, for the consumer at the same time, also make use of wireless network business experience to improve productivity returns. Along with the standard 802.11n approved, WiFi wireless network technology has promoted a new height, WiFi in the PC (personal computer), application of consumer electronics and mobile communication is more extensive. The wireless access point on the traditional IEEE802.11g protocol, IEEE802.11b, due to the transmission bandwidth constraints, make transmission rate could reach 54Mbps. In order to improve the competitive products, wireless access point system of the join now the most advanced protocol IEEE802.11n, the bandwidth is 40MHz, which makes the transmission rate increased to 300Mbps.This design uses the Arthos company Ar7242 CPU as main chip, RF control chip Ar9283 to realize wireless routing function. Using 802.11af POE protocol in the supply end, to realize the network port power supply, power supply voltage range up to 41 V-57V, to meet the needs of the market. In the RF power can reach to 27dBm, EVM to-28db, transmission bandwidth is 40MHz to ensure the transmission distance and rate requirements. The design through the CE certification, and has issued the approval certificate. This paper will for wireless routing equipment, from product planning to the finished product were studied and recorded in detail, through a series of function, performance index and the final products, meet the expected demand interference test products, can be put into the market.
