| With the development of university scientific research management, we face a floodof scientific research documents, even to TB level. How to effectively store and managethese scientific research documents and how to make scientific research managementeasier is becoming a serious problem.Currently, we manage scientific research documents by semi-artificial semi softwareway. Many documents scattered among different scientific research departments, and it isdifficult to integrate. Although part of the documents was managed by software, thesoftware only provides simple management capabilities, document’s content is ignored. Inaddition, a large number of documents classified work increases the workload ofdocument management. Faced with these problems, in this thesis, we design andimplement a distributed scientific research document management system based ondistributed architecture, which has full functionality, supports intelligent classification andsupports full-text search.Firstly, we analyzed the current status of document management system and found theshortcomings of these systems. Combined with the current distributed cluster technologyand full-text search technology, we sort out the needs of distributed scientific researchdocument management system. On this basis, we use the B/S mode, develop based onSpringMVC and ExtJS framework, use HDFS clusters for distributed document storage,and use SolrCloud for distributed full-text search, similar document recommendations andautomatic classification function. After testing, the distributed scientific researchdocument management system has high reliability, supports high concurrent access andstorage expansion. In search, this system supports distributed full-text search, similardocument recommendations and intelligent document classification. In business, thissystem improves various document management business functions and excellentperformance,and meets the needs of scientific research document management. |
