Finally through multiple test cases of system testing, testresults are basically in line with expectations.The whole system adopts the B/S architecture technology, three layer architecture,is easy to maintain and low cost, fast response speed, ensure the system scalability andsecurity; at the same time powerful document search functions, including the full-textsearch; system supports a variety of formats, in order to achieve in various formatsneeds. The system is put into use after the entire document, effectively improve theefficiency of document management, greatly reduces the query time.
