Design And Implementation Of Xinjiang Huarun Company’s Bearing Management System Based On QR Code

With the rapid development of the technology of IOT, we developed the bearing QR Code management system under the circumstance that Xinjiang Huarun bearing company has many problems on the bearing storage management. At the same time, we consider the original SAP system, try to do our best to improve the efficiency of the storage management, lower the cost when importing and exporting the products. Try to help the traditional bearing enterprise promote its transmission and updating process.Considering the request of the bearing enterprise and the interface supplied by the original SAP system, this paper make a clear direction and expected goals about this project. What’s more, analyzed and proposed the hierarchical structure of this system and gave each functional module a design plan.Generally, we can divide this system into three parts. The first part includes the module of product information management, module of warehouse information management and the module of handheld terminal information management, which help the system complete the main business and provide this system security assurance. The second part supply the users function of QR Code label printing. System can provide the label designing function based on the request of the enterprise, which is the foundation of this system. The third part includes the function of warehouse management and data uploading. This part implements warehouse management and warehousing data synchronization with the SAP system, which help this system seamlessly integrates into the original SAP system.System adopts B/S structure, using Microsoft Visual Studio2010as development platform, the SQL Server2008as the database and the C#as the development language, implement all the requirements of the bearing QR Code management system. Not only meets the single enterprise business needs, but also provide some value to some other business of the same industry. The system help the enterprise save large amount of manpower and materials and improve the business efficiency of the enterprise. What’s more, the function of paper report printing help the enterprise realize the standardized management and promote its transmission and updating process.
