With the development of machine vision technology, automatic detection technology based on image processing plays a pivotal role in people’s life and also has been widely used in aerospace, medical, industrial automation and other fields.Currently, automatic detection of impurities in bottled liquids technology has become an important research direction in industrial automation production line. Detection of impurities in the liquid bottled is the most important aspect of the present, the production line in China after more than artificial test or technology to achieve high performance liquid chromatography detection of impurities. However, the using of manual inspection, not only consume, but also arise the error detection by environmental factors and human factors. It is absolutely not allowed error for drug infusion for the patient and taking liquid medicines.The high-performance liquid chromatography based on the liquid impurities instrumentation products,mostly imported,are expensive and difficult to maintain.Therefore, the topics of this paper as a background.Image processing technology is adopted to test the impurities in liquid in this paper. The bottled liquid impurities automatic test system based on image processing technology has many advantages, such as non-contact, quickly and so on. It can not only save a lot of time, but also reduce the cost and effort. The bottled liquid in the background light impurity recognition system is mainly researched in this paper. After the acquisition of liquid image, the image is analyzed by image processing technology and the result that whether the liquid is pure come out. The whole inspection process is fast and effective.Firstly, the paper introduces the principle of CCD. The version of the CCD is TDC1400and it has a1.4million pixel color camera. It supports the second development function library and we can control this kind of camera by invoking the SDK function library.The main research topics is whether there are the impurities in the liquid-based bottle by image processing technology.Paper introduces the basic concepts of image processing techniques and methods. Image filtering and edge detection are done highlights.This subject is about the impurities detection algorithm in the bottled liquid impurities automatic test system based on image processing technology. It proposes the algorithm of impurities detection and it solve the problem in the bottled liquid impurities automatic test system. In this paper the processing of the noise in image and impurities test has some new ideas. Some of these studies and algorithms are significance and have reference value and lay the foundations for further research.
